1. Eligibility
To participate in the Speakflow Affiliates, you must:
- Have an active account with Speakflow
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Submit an application and receive approval from Speakflow
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Speakflow reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Activities
As an affiliate, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Paid advertising on brand terms: Running paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) that bid on "Speakflow" or related brand keywords
- Self-referrals: Using your own referral link or coupon code for your own purchases or subscriptions
- Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam to promote your referral link
- Misleading claims: Making false, exaggerated, or misleading statements about Speakflow's products, pricing, or features
- Artificial attribution: Using any technique to generate referral credit without genuine user intent or knowledge
- Trademark misuse: Registering domain names, social media handles, or accounts that include "Speakflow" or similar variations
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
3. Commission Structure and Payment
Commission rates and structures are determined by the campaign you are assigned to. Key terms:
- Commission rates are set per campaign and may be percentage-based or a flat amount per transaction
- Commissions are calculated on the net invoice amount (after discounts, before taxes)
- Commission duration may be one-time, recurring, or recurring with a cap, as defined by your campaign
- Referral attribution is tracked for 60 days from the initial click. If a referred customer subscribes within this window, you receive credit for the referral
- Commissions are initially set to "pending" and must be approved before payout
- Payouts are processed manually via PayPal or Wise once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout threshold defined by your campaign (default $100 USD)
- You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payouts
- Speakflow reserves the right to reverse commissions resulting from refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity
- If a commission is reversed, you will be notified and may request a review by contacting team@speakflow.com within 14 days
4. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time:
- Speakflow may deactivate your affiliate account immediately if you violate these terms
- Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited at Speakflow's discretion
- Your referral links and coupon codes will be deactivated upon termination
- You must cease all promotional activities using Speakflow branding
5. Intellectual Property
Speakflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Speakflow name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from Speakflow's trademarks or branding materials. All intellectual property rights remain with Speakflow.
6. Limitation of Liability
Speakflow provides the affiliate program on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speakflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Speakflow's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
Speakflow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
