- OAuth account information: Your name, email address, and user ID, obtained when you sign in with your account
- Application data: Answers you provide on the affiliate application form
- Referral click data: IP addresses, user agent strings, referrer URLs, page URLs, and advertising parameters (UTM tags, gclid, fbclid, msclkid) from visitors who click your referral link
- Commission data: Transaction amounts, commission calculations, and payment status linked to your referrals
- Payout information: Your PayPal email address for receiving commission payments
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
- Referral attribution: Tracking which customers were referred by which affiliate, via referral links or coupon codes
- Fraud prevention: Monitoring referral activity to detect and prevent abuse of the affiliate program
- Commission calculation: Computing commissions based on referred customer payments
- Payouts: Processing commission payments to your PayPal or Wise account
- Program administration: Managing your affiliate account, reviewing applications, and communicating program updates
3. Data Retention
We retain your affiliate account data and commission history for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal compliance. Referral click data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the affiliate program:
- Stripe: Payment processing, customer identification, coupon code management, and webhook event delivery. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed by Stripe.
- PayPal / Wise: Commission payouts to affiliates. The respective privacy policies of these services apply.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
5. Cookies
The Speakflow Affiliates uses a first-party cookie (affiliate_ref) on the main website to track referral attribution. This cookie stores the referring affiliate's identifier and expires after the campaign's configured cookie window (default 60 days). No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
